Univision wants to sell the building were Univision Deportes and UniMás (former Telefutura) used to operate according to a report in the South Florida Business Journal. The property located in Doral at 1900 N.W. 89th Place has an area of 79,271 square foot and the asking price is $12.75 million.
Univision quiere vender el edificio donde operaba Univision Deportes y su cadena hermana UniMás (anteriormente Telefutura). Según un reporte del South Florida Business Journal, la propiedad, ubicada en el 1900 N.W. 89th Place en Doral tiene un área de 79,271 pies cuadrados y la están ofertando por $12,75 millones.
Recess time in schools have declined over the years even though scientific research shows the physical, social and cognitive benefits that a break has in young students.
Miami-Dade already has a recess policy but a group of parents in South Florida launched a petition because they want more playtime and in daily basis.

Authorities had to evacuate a building and close down Doral Boulevard between 97th Avenue and 102nd Avenue after a bank robbery.
A suspect, identified as Terry Meach, went into the Chase Bank located in 9785 NW 41 Street taking $60,000. When arrested later in the morning, he claimed he had left a package inside with a bomb.
The Bomb Squad was called to the scene and the building evacuated.
UPDATE: Traffic is now flowing back to normal in the area and police continues the investigation..
Luego del robo a un banco Chase en Doral, las autoridades tuvieron que cerrar parte de la Calle 41 entre la Avenida 97 y la 102.
El sospechoso, identificado como Terry Meach, entro a la sucursal localizada en el 9785 NW de la Calle 41 y se llevo $60,000. Arrestado minutos más tarde le dijo a los investigadores que habia dejado un paquete que contenia una bomba. Las autoridades inmediatamente evacuaron el edificio y crearon un perímetro alrededor.

WPLG News released a video recorded by a concerned parent in Doral who took his children to the “EGGstravaganza” Egg Hunt event held this past weekend at Doral Central Park. In the video one can see crews spraying ant killer in the field right before kids and their families arrived to the festival.
City of Doral parks and recreation officials said the city was only spot spraying for fire ants in the area to protect the community but will make an effort to clearly mark areas during future events.
